SHIPPING | RETURNS | EXCHANGES >
Shipping usually takes about 7-14 business days. Orders will not be shipped out on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is going to be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you to inform you of this delay.

Returns are not accepted unless the item in question is defective. If this is the case, please use the contact form below or email snow.child44@gmail.com within three days of delivery of said defective item in order to receive a refund. If after receiving your order, the sizing is not correct, we will exchange your item for the correct sizing at no additional cost, shipping excluded. If you need to exchange your item, reach out to us directly and we will provide you with the necessary form and address to complete the exchange.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that customers use a trackable method to mail returns or exchanges.​
